What jobs are legal for a 14 year old to do in England?

Is it alright in England for an 18 year old to date a 15 year old? Cause in Canada where I come from its legal?

  basically yes. legal age for consent is 16 (17 in NI), as you get closer to it, more latitude is given and different parts of Europe have other ages. however in mainland England (scotland has different legal system), 18 years old and you are considered an adult and that leaves the 18 year old man open to being charged with underage activity (especially if he knew, and even if he did not depending his particular behaviour /relationship) and a conviction means being on the sex offenders register for the rest of their life ! The police do take a view on it, it is not automatic that the man would be charged As above, it carries a very serious risk.
