What do you think my chances are of getting into the UK and becoming a citizen as a 15 year old Canadian?

I'm discussing this with immigration officials soon and I've made plans, but I'm worried that I won't get in. My parents have both died and I've decided that it's in my best interest to move to England for the next few years of my life. So, going for me I have; Good grades in IB classes that I can get credit for in the UK. An inherited net worth of over $1.5CAD million. Family in England and Scotland (two great uncles and my biological grandparents). Both my parents were born and raised in Wales and I am only first generation Canadian. Going against me I have; Less than 2 years of work experience as a server in a restaurant. 3 years of publicly funded education ahead of me (plus university which is heavily subsidized in the UK). Do you think that I can qualify as a family class immigrant in the UK? Are there any other categories I fit into? Thanks you so much for the answers, the anxiety is killing me.

Answer:
I doubt that you can emigrate to the U.K. as a minor. In addition, you can't naturalize before you turn 18. Whether or not you have a path to the Kingdom based on an investor is something Maggie might be able to tell you with great accuracy. Generally speaking, you should try to get a good education in Canada first, ideally a Bachelor's degree, and then move on to get a Master's in the U-kay. Once you have a post-graduate degree, you are in a much better position to tackle the immigration aspects properly.

You are a minor child and cannot do diddly about immigrating anywhere. If your parents died, who did they appoint as your guardian/godparents to care for you until you reached adulthood? If they failed to take such precautions, your grandparents or someone has to go to court in Canada and petition for guardianship. Whatever funds your parents left, if not in an existing trust and control of trustees, must likewise go through the courts for conservatorship until you reach adulthood. Who is the attorney handling your parents' estate, probate, trust, guardianship, etc? An attorney needs to get on all this most urgently since you cannot legally take control of your parents' assets (you are too young to legally have any bank/financial account in your own name, etc), you cannot remain alone as a minor child. Either the estate's attorney has to get on this, or you have to get an atty, or your grandparents (or some blood relative) has to come to Canada to take care of this. Otherwise, child protective services takes you into protection and takes your parents' money for your care until they sort out some guardianship, foster parents, or something. IF your grandparents get a court order of legal guardianship in Canada, and the court's permission to remove you from the court's jurisdiction to their own legal residence, then they can apply for your visa to come live with them for the duration of guardianship, or maybe until you finish college. And your parents' funds will be ordered by the court to pay for school and whatever else you need, either through the court-ordered conservator or your through court-appointed legal guardian.
