Can my work visa and my work permit.. or just one of them only or both?

    You have asked this question before and no one has been able to give you a definite answer. You MUST contact New Zealand Immigration before you return to NZ - they are the only people who can give you a guaranteed accurate answer. Even if someone on here gives you what seems to be an accurate and knowledgeable answer, you won't know if NZ Immigration officials agree until you try to re-enter the country. Don't forget to mention your overstaying in the USA as that will show in your passport and it may make a difference when they're deciding to allow you to re-enter. Better to know now than being turned away at the NZ port of entry.
