What states are best for disability benefits?

Would I be able to bring my spouse into the united states if i were recieving disability benefits?

I am wondering if i would be able to bring my wife from vietnam over into the united states if i were recieving disability benefits. I am working at mcdonalds but I am also recieving disability benefits. Would I be able to bring her into the united states if i were on disability benefits ???
