How to become member of an American site from ouside the U.S.?

• The payment for the membership is through "CCBill EU" and their system seems to be pretty restrictive. The on-line registration form only allows people from the U.S. to sign up. I am a Peruvian who lives in Peru, and I don't have any American credit card. I only have an account at a Peruvian bank and I don't use a credit card; I have another kind of card that I guess is a debit card or something, so it won't work. So if I were to become a member of that site, I would basically be paying by making monthly deposits. Up until now, I can't think of a way to become a member. Do I have an option? =(
