What internet business to start?

What's a nice cheap country I can start an internet business in?

• I'm looking to emigrate from the UK to an inexpensive country where I can continue working on my internet business. (I can run my business from anywhere in the world.) I want somewhere that has: * Nice weather * Reasonable quality of life * Low taxes * Simple immigration process Any suggestions?

A modern central American country, with a long history of stable democratic government, a well educated population and NO Army. Fronts on both the Pacific and Caribbean, and has a moderate climate. The government ecourages Americans and Canadians to move there, as seniors, and as investors. Gibraltar. A British colony, but very small geographically, and with much lower taxes than the UK.
