Are there passenger ships that travel from the USA to England?

How can I get records of passenger ships leaving Germany during the late 19th century?

  • I'm really interesting in finding my family history. I tried Ancestry but it only provides records for ships that have arrived in the USA. My great-great grandparent(s) arrived in the Dominican Republic. And trying to find anything in my country would be impossible since it is so horribly unorganized (lol). Basically, I just want to know where can I get such records in a way that wouldn't require me to either travel to Germany or hire a genealogist. HELP?! BTW I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS EVEN RIGHT THE CATEGORY .

  • Answer:

Visit one of the 4,500 Family History centers run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Their extensive resources put genealogy records from around the world at your fingertips, giving you access to genealogy websites, reference sources, published family biographies, and other assorted records. The vast majority of their resources are free except for photocopies and computer printouts.
