Should an unmarried entrant for the DV Visa Lottery fill out the form DS-230 Part I and II?

I was selected for more processing in the DV Visa Lottery. Now, according to the official website dv selectees, I have to fill out some forms. However there are two forms: DS-122 and DS-230, please can anyone tell me whether it is necessary for me to fill out the second form knowing that I am unmarried and have no children! Thank you in Advance!
