What is the Central American free trade agreement?

If you are an U.S American how do you perceive the Mexican-European Union Free Trade Agreement ?

I mean, In order to be competitive with the Europeans, do you think US Americans should be improving the free trade agreements and Reforming the Immigration and Emigration Laws between both countries?
Answer:

No, I think the EU has given us a very good view of the problems with that when you try to band with countries that don't have what are considered 'basic social infrastructure' in the other countries. Universal education leaps to mind.
