Can i ask USCIS to deny my application?

i filed for I-539 to extend my b2 visa and i wanted to call USCIS to give me a deny can i do that? or its illegal? Thank you for your help

Sounds too suspicious since you want it denied and not cancelled. They won't help you.

You can just leave now if you dont want to wait for the answer or write to the address you filed the I-539 asking for the application to be canceled as long as you have not already overstayed you have no problem

No you cannot do this.? USCIS will either approve or deny. USCIS does not get involved in personal matters nor do they have the time. Besides it would be fraud and USCIS will not do this.
