Can I get financial aid with just a work permit and ssn even if I'm not a citizen?

I am from Africa I was born there moved here at age 10.... I am currently pending asylum coz i cannot go back........however my 180 days to obtain a work permit passed. I currently have a work permit and ssn. But I was not granted asylum I am still I'n court my questions are. Can I get financial aid so I can start school If not can I get federal loans Can I get a californias drivers license Please I need to know I need help I need to start school already but I can't afford it on my own I need help Please My

You don't get anything until the caseis settled. Why the hell would we give you free money and goodies when you likely came here dishonestly. And if you were here since 10...its likely gonna get denied if you waited that long to file for asylum.
