Can a paralegal work in Canada?

I am Australian....can I apply for a second work permit in Canada?

  • I've just returned to my home country of Australia after 12 months living in Canada. Altho my work permit allowed for me to stay in Canada for 2 years, I had to leave after just 12 months due to medical issues. I would love to return to Canada to work at the end of the year, but unfortunatly, that's when my visa expires! I'm wondering if its possible to get a second work permit and if so, how do I do this? I have employment and housing in Canada as my boyfriend still lives there and my previous employer has her fingers crossed that I'm coming back. I've done a lot of searching, but I can only see options for Canadians wanting to extend Australian visas! Can anyone help me out? I'm dying to return to my second home next year!
