Is Old TB a reason for rejection of UAE VISA?

Company get work permit from MOL and now they said visa rejected at DNRD-UAE ,WHAT WOULD BE THE REASON?

My company gets work permit for myself from MOL .After this they were informed by DNRD -Abudhabi that i am blacklisted so they will not issue Entry permit.Whereas i never visited uae for any reason. what would be the reason behind this visa rejection
