Is Kwantlen Polytechnic University a good university to go to?

Is it possible to get in a polytechnic college like Humber at any age?

  • I have a Nicaraguan Degree in Software engineering, I want to study in Canada but it turns out that the universities are quite expensive, so are the polytechnic/trade schools but the last is much cheaper, I would like to immigrate legally to Canada so I need to get an Canadian education, still it will be less than a University degree but oh well. So my question is im 24 years old, have the money to go to this polytechnic college, but can I go?, I mean do I have to be a High school Graduate, because I already have my Nicaraguan University degree which is worthless in Canada, So im either going to study Information technology or Plumbing which is a skill on demand in Canada... So if anyone knows if there's an age limit please do share
