How The Recruitment Works This job publication was originally made in Spanish language – based more on attracting prospective employees from Latin American Spanish speaking countries – but, out of my goodwill, I took it upon myself to translate it fully into English language for the benefit of people from other countries. This recruitment information is meant to reach those with privilege for acquisition of news; hence the employment process will be carried out by nominated immigration law firms in Madrid, the nation's capital. The processes of employment are as follows: (1) You write to the nominated law firm, indicating your interest in working for the government for two years. (2) They may call and interview you. If successful, they forward your particulars to the ministry of labour for approval. (3) If approved, a job is assigned to you and a copy of your employment pass letter will be forwarded to you. (4) With the Employment Pass, you will be directed on the date to visit the embassy of Spain in your country of legal residence for a short interview and identification, where you will read your employment conditions and sign an employment agreement. Answer:
100% scam. There is no job and no legit company called that name. There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money. The next email will be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses pretending to be the "government visa official" or "travel agent" and will demand you pay, in cash, via Western Union or moneygram. Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off your cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country your money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever. Whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online. You can also post/ask here and every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find before taking a chance and losing money to a scammer. 6 "Rules to follow" to avoid most fake jobs: 1) Job asks you to use your personal bank account and/or open a new one. 2) Job asks you to print/mail/cash a check or money order. 3) Job asks you to use Western Union or moneygram in any capacity. 4) Job asks you to accept packages and re-ship them on to anyone. 5) Job asks you to pay visas, travel fees via Western Union or moneygram. 6) Job asks you to sign up for a credit reporting or identity verification site. Avoiding all jobs that mention any of the above listed 'red flags' and you will miss nearly all fake jobs. Only scammers ask you to do any of the above. No. Exceptions. Ever. For any reason. If you google "fraud visa job scam", "fake UK hotel job Western Union scam" or something similar, you will find hundreds of posts from victims and near-victims of this type of scam.

100% SCAM 1 - Spain has over 20% unemployment. There are almost NO work visas being offered to Spain at the moment as there is no way any employer could prove that they advertised a position for 8 weeks and NOT ONE qualified EU citizen applied for the job 2 - Unskilled workers NEVER qualify for a work visa to Spain. You must be a highly skilled worker with a Masters or PhD and 3+ years work experience in shortage occupation fields such as science, engineering or medical specialties 3 - You cannot work for the Spanish government if you are not a) a citizen of the EU or already a legal resident of Spain and b) have passed a Spanish language fluency exam 4 - NO real lawyer would ever use a free @rocketmail address Delete this

It's as close to a scam as anything can be. Especially when they ask for money up front. The easiest way to find out is to contact the Spanish Consulate and ask them about the program and how you can apply for it. If it is legit, this person is taking a good cut of the profits especially if they are a non-native citizen.
