What does an israeli citizen or resident need in order to travel to the United States?

I need to know what kind of documentation an israeli citizen/resident will need in order to travel to the us and how much preparation and time is needed before leaving israel.
Answer:

Go to or write to your local American embassy or consulate and ask how to get the forms for a tourist visa. It should cost you about 200 INS and give them at least 3 months to process the forms before your trip or it could cost more. I wish I could empathize for me it is no problem to travel to eretz Israel
