Where to study in Sweden?

Can a EU citizen from UK go study in Sweden? HELP?

So I'm currently studying BTEC level 3 Art and Design in UK and thinking of going study in Sweden for undergraduate course of Architecture or art but I have a lot of questions about going there. I've read somewhere that I won't have to pay any tuition fees as EU citizen to study there, is that really true? Another thing is my parents can't help me financially to go there, so I was wondering will I be eligible to work there as part time? Also wanted to know how much would it be an accommodation? I'm single and don't need any big room. Will it be expensive? Will having a part time job help me to pay rent etc? I wanted to get as much help and info as possible also wanted to know as going to Sweden, will I need to have to know speak their language? I don't know their language but I would be open to learn it at uni and doing an art degree if that is possible. Tell me roughtly how much money will I need to go there to start with. Did anyone went there to study? If so tell me your experiences and add me please, I want to know about the country. Thank you!
