Do I need to bring a lawyer on my I-485 interview for employment based petition?
-
We received a notice schedule of initial interview for our I-485 next month. My case was transferred to NBC after receiving 3rd notice of my biometrics. My I-140 was approved after 2 months with no RFE required. I am on EB1 category. We have no criminal records not even any traffic violation for that matter. Our attorney is charging us with huge amount of money if they will accompany us on the interview. What other documents should we bring during the interview other than specified on the notice? Pls. help advise.

Answer:
An attorney should not be needed. You do not need any documents not specified.
