How do I begin/ start planning for a wedding? What all goes into a wedding? Help!?

Hello! Well as you guessed my hubby and I are planning for our wedding. We have set a date, fall of 2012 in Sept. So far we have a guest list, a location, and reception location. We have bridesmaids and groomsmen...but what else? My mother and I are looking at decorations for the chapel...but what else?! I'll be her first daughter to get married so we both are completely new to wedding planning...I'm so confused and worried!
