• ask ?question in sections would like to hear varied responses with serious answers only.Folks abuse when i was kid now stop.1 sibling 13years difference.Both delay marriage,no friends, we never go out,no birthday/new year,dont want to lemme go.3 decades in same place.Its time i get job,friends,marry.As my parents,sibling & their old hag friends have their own life.But its bugging me they wont let to move out,get job,get married,have friends,grow up.God I hate it,are they right? Do I really need to have my dad who doesnt work come with me to stay abroad so i can work have friends marry instead of doing it alone?background is as follows. 3 decades complete finish studying to be physician at university now will work at university hospital clinic(aka the knife and gun club).Simplest way to describe me is.I got to live at home with my folks,sibling who refuse go to out with me,no birthday,no new year,no going out,no friends,delay marriage just home or stud/work.They are awesome, for example, I always have clean clothes and a warm meal.My parents are in 60s but I make more than enough money & they have convinced them to stay at home do whatever they like.I have loaned them 2000 dollars but dad refuses to work,mum, sibling have been sent on holidays etc but they refuse to understand my situation being women.Our relationship symbiotic as they say dad can come with me abroad where i can work to provide security manly stuff etc.But it bothers other then abuse dad never worked took care now there too it will be same.I look professional,well fed,have clean healthy environment to come home to. Most of my free time is spent at home study or work.I make a serious bit of cash as doctor so I spend most of money on folks,sibling.Who dont spend nor do anything in return for me.Whats got me concerned is i got no friends,delay marriage due to folks,sibling & they wont come out with me,have my birthday,new year,spend on me or do anything for me in return.My folks,sibling have their old hag friends & their own life so i really want to GTFO of the house alone(which they say my dad has to come abroad with me where he might not work just be there for security)have friends, get married and all.Other thing that trips me out is that all my friends have their own life and I am losing buddies by the second, they are all busy with family,kids don’t want to hang out anymore.I am left alone in the stands,I really am afraid of waking up one day being that old spinster lady that never grew up ( due to my folks,sibling pps aka peter pan syndrome) What advice do you have or what do you think to do in this situation.Pls serious answers 10points best answer.

  Ok, here's a serious answer and I don't require any points for this. First, you DO NOT have Peter Pan Syndrome! What you are dealing with, sorry, but you asked, is a bunch of people that are enslaving you because you bring in the money for them. Your sibling needs to get a job and stop taking advantage of you! Your family doesn't do anything in return for you because they are selfish! I know you want a life of your own, and you deserve it too.But the only way for that to happen, is you will possibly need to break the ties with your family altogether. I'm sorry if that's harsh, but I had a similar situation and sadly I had to say good bye to my family. Remember, it's your life, you only get 1 chance at happiness and you deserve it. Your family will need to find another way besides taking advantage of you! Be strong and happy. Best of luck to you in your future.
