• because my friend is having it when shes 15. and all she told me on the phone, cuz she was in a rush, was that she has to learn all these types of dances, and then she told me i better have a boyfriend because she has to invite 9 couples. so can you please tell me everything about the quinceañera? and also i know i wear a dress and the guys wear tuxs, but does my dress have to be floor lengh or what? thank you!

  The birthday girl does the same thing that is done at any other birthday party: open presents, eat cake, mingle with guests, then go home. The guests do the same except for opening presents obviously. When did kids start dressing up in formal clothing for a birthday? Can they even afford these or do the parents go into debt for it? No your dress doesn't have to be floor length. Just get a cute dress at the mall that you like.
