Catering service for wedding in Dallas?

I am having a wedding of 50 people and am looking for a catering service that is good and costs about $10-15 per person. Does anyone know of a nice not exspensive place to hold just the reception in the Dallas area...I am having the actual wedding at the Dallas Arboretum but it's too exspensive for the reception there.

Ask my father in law Steve Cramer. He has his own catering service. 214-437-7112. Thats to my mother in law Karen but she can give you his phone number. He is a great cook and very reasonable in pricing. He mainly does briskett though. He catered my wedding and it was great. They live is Frisco just 20 min out of Dallas.
