Have you ever had a concussion?

Has anyone ever had to help someone with a mild concussion get back their memory? If so HOW did you do it.?

• My fiance totalled our car the other day and received a concussion from the airbag deploying. Now, he has Memory loss of he remembers me but he doesn't remember where we live and he is having problems believing we live here. He did not remember I was pregnant and I am 7 months along. I need HELP trying to make this memory work out. If someone has been in this situation Please help. Also He has had Cat Scans blood work and everything is FINE.

  SYMPTOMS OF CONCUSSIONS: This includes spans of unconsciousness after impact, headache accompanied by bouts of nausea and vomiting. The victim may also suffer from blurring of the vision. There may follow periods of confusion and disarray. Concussion and memory loss are sometimes inter-related; the later occurring as an inevitable consequence of the former. In case of a short-term memory loss, the immediate happenings just before and after the accident gets obliterated from the conscious psyche of the injured individual and he may face difficulty recounting certain phases of his life. This is not permanent. In case you think he has suffered a concussion and yet is unconscious, chances are ripe that he have sustained considerable back and neck damage. Any attempt to dislodge him from hid current position may result in paralysis. So don't even think about it. Instead, call an ambulance or the doctor. Take care as always!!
