Why Do I Want To Watch a Show That I KNOW Makes Me Sad?! Prison Break!?

• So, in early August, I began to watch Prison Break on Netflix! Short story shorter, I became OBSESSED. I watched it in 2 weeks and I think now have a problem haha. For those of you that know the show, maybe it makes you sad too. It is such a sad show. I ball suring the last 2 episodes and even just thinking about it makes me sad. The whole story is sad. It makes me cry. Yet I keep watching it over and over and cry. Maybe it's because I need a cry? I think I do sometimes. But it makes me think about the past. Before I watched the show, I wanted to rewind a lot and go backwards in life and relive experiences. The show is sad in that way too. Like after it's over it's like you want to go back to the beginning when everything was better. But still, why do I want to be sad? It is such a heart breaking story! Bottom line, I think tv, especially this show, makes me depressed. Or just sad really. Ahh, like what is going on?!

  haha don't stress, people watch shows to feel certain emotions. like people watch horror movies to feel adrenaline. i think you just like the show! i wouldnt worry at all :)
