Does anyone know of a good support group?

Does anyone know of an online support group for people who are living with someone with a mental illness?

• My partner of six years has been diagnosed with bipolar depression. It is nice to finally have an answer, but one of the "problems" that she has is an inability to help me with my feelings. She has done some very hurtful things due to her illness and somehow I have to deal with that. It would be great if I could find an online support group. She will be going into the hospital soon and I had to make her leave the house for the next five days while they change her medications. The only hope I have is that she wasn't always like this. The problems started about two years ago and she just spiraled downward. I am struggling right now with putting my feelings aside for the moment in the hope that she can get help. During her manic periods she can be especially cruel. She has support from psychatrists and doctors. I feel like I am floundering around cleaning up her mess. Hurt by the things she has done and trying to come to terms with the fact that it is because of her illness.

  sweetie i know what you mean...i have bipolar II ultra rapid-cycling. i know what i have put my family over the years...ans it isn't pretty. i love them with all my heart, but i tend to hurt them more than showing them i love them. with that said...the medications i am on help a great deal!!!! without my meds (what i like to call "my cocktail") i would not be here today! meds keep me on pretty much an even level. hopefully they will get her on the right medications and things will start to look up for the both of you! i looked up a few sites for you...hope this has been of some help! my heart goes out to you! best of wishes!
