Can I get financial help while living abroad?

How can I get someone to help me find a better doctor, or better living conditions?

• Okay, I live with my parents. My living conditions aren't really bad. I get free meals and I only pay $150 a month. But my dad barely talks to me, and mother annoys me so much, but she does help me. I came home and lived with my parents after I left college, Im now 24. They get annoyed that I lay around all day and dont do chores or go out, but I'm on meds for "bi-polar" but I actually researched the drug and its really for schizophrenia, but the doctor says that I'm just bi-polar. lol Anyways, I have sleeping problems, it's also a side effect from medication. I also get stomach aches and headaches alot along with my weight gain. I mean, they seem to ignore the fact that I'm having these problems, and get mad at me as if I were normal, and ask why don't I get a job, when they let the doctor take me out of work last summer. They complain about me if I am active and allow other people to prescribe the wrong drugs for me, and then when I take them they complain as if Im not doing anything for myself. I tried working, and I tried doing things for myself, but I really had little support. They complain about me not doing things around out home, but wont encourage me to become independent, my mom doesnt want me to leave yet, but my dad says if it werent for your mother I dont know where you'd live. I don't act out in unusual ways usually, I really have suffered from depression, paranoia, and anxiety- but bipolar, I dont think I really am. I felt euphoric maybe 2 times in my life but thats it. I just dont get why they dont seem like they're actively trying to help me, but when they get annoyed by me they want to push me off to a doctor who's already is treating me for the same thing I just was hospitalized for. I mean, what do they expect the doctor to do. Its like they when they want privacy or want me to be quiet they ask have you taken your meds, or why dont you just go to sleep if the tv is too loud. Its like they do all thayt when they are annoyed with me... I really don't have other ppl to confide in, I feel like people dont want to really be bothered by people's problems. I had friends, who actually did act like friends to me, but they talked about my personal issues behind my back so now I have no one to talk to. My brother and sister never really seem to help either. They have their own lives. I seemed like the one who had it together, was going to college, had no kids, etc...Now look at me, I'm socially isolated, and my head hurts all the time... How do I get someone to help me find a doctor who will help me, and not just shove drugs at me? Like real therapy? And a real diagnosis? I really need help.

  I don't mean to sound harsh but why can't you do these things for yourself.......... you are an adult and should not expect your parents to walk you through everything like a child. If you want to find a different doctor then by all means do so....... get off your butt, go get the yellow pages, and look up psychologists..... then call one and make an appointment - Why would you need someone else to do this for you. I suffer from Bipolar 1, among other physical disabilities and I work full time raise 3 kids by myself, etc..... The first thing you need to do is help your parents around the house........ get up and get moving...... then you need to figure out how to take care of yourself because the longer you wallow in self pity the less pity you will have from other people.
