I think i suffer from night anxiety?

well i suffer from it all day, i have a constant lump in my throat, i feel ill,down and stressed,tired,and really light headed,but its a weird light headed feeling like im in a day dream? well everytime i go to sleep, i feel really tired and then suddenly wake up with my heat beating,its like when you fall off a cliff, and jump just when you hit the floor ,i have a bad sleep pattern,and then it feels like im swallowing my tounge,and as of late, im really scared of everyting,how can i sure this,and has anyone ever had it?

try drinking some got herbal tea. writing down your thoughts on a laptop or on paper.. try to find a way to express yourself.. and whats going on in your life.. to a sibling.. parent.. or someone u trust. also make an appointment with your doc.. and let him know.. my brother has similar symptoms.. and i am still not sure what is causing it.. but it is.. winter time.. so.. it could be ur adjusting to it.. just take deep breaths.. and make a good environment to fall asleep. read a book before bed.. be calm.. and dont worry.. whatever happens .. life will go on..

hi Im A Dustman. Go to sleep when your tired, man up. whatever it is your scared of. think if somthing happens im gonna kick the **** out of them, then get all wound up about it and ull feel better :D lol
