When is Mercury out of retrograde?

When does Mercury start to station before going in stationary retrograde? (and when does bad influence begin?)?

• is it true that will start to experience technical problems as well as business and communicatoin problems when Mercury stations? or what about when it is slowing down to go into stationary retrograde? will experience problems THEN too? (before actually "stationing" or why not? how depends?) ALSO, WOULD CAR PROBLEMS BE MORE MERCURY OR MORE MARS ACITIVITIES? AND WHY"?

  Issues really pop up with retrogradation, I first saw them as problems, but many times there were quite different things, now I look at this a different way it's not nature's fault that you try to do things at the wrong time, it's like ebb and flow, if you create a mechanism based on flow for example, then when the water is ebbing, you cannot expect the mechanism to work it's not the time for it to work the first things getting broken or shattered in retrogradation, are weak links on one side, or forced parts (with your conscious intention) on the other side either way, they will keep broking if you insist to do, you have to reevaluate, to repair the mechanism, to analyze it, not run it this is how I see retrogradation, generally speaking the beginning of retrogradation (stationary, and even before the station, when planet slows down), will test the mechanism the hardest, that's why, around station, will appear the theme, the mechanism that has the focus now, the mechanism that you have to analyze and evaluate and repair it's like the mechanism has run for some time, without stop, and the fuel drops slowly, of course the weakest links will give in first, those are first to be replaced, right? car problems as in technical problems? it has to do more with mars from my point of view, but if the car has many electronic parts, uranus and mercury are involved too jupiter also, because you travel with the car around but mainly mars (mechanical), mercury + uranus (electronics), this is all I can say now
