• i dont know what this shape of aspects would be called but it's when one planet is in opposition with another, while there is a third planet that is in sextile with one of the planets, & in trine with the other example sun opposition moon sun sextile jupiter moon trine jupiter

  That is called an 'easy opposition'. So you have tension between the opposition planets, but a bit of an 'outlet' as the trine/sextile planet acts a bit like a helper.
