    I want to respect all..... share love and peace with all, and stand up for those who are defenseless, and be there for those in need. I'm fasting, it is a religious and sacred week for Hindus...........I can eat nothing but fruits, nuts and potatoes and milk. I had cashews, banana, and sweet potato with dahi (yogurt, I added lime juice and black pepper) for dinner. We aren't supposed to eat meat on the regular, as eating life is considered an evil act, shamefully I do eat meat because I'm an animal myself. Consumption of grains is forbidden in this fast..............but I'm going strong with it, it is time to cleanse myself of all negativity and dark energy my brother. Take care my good friend ॐ
