How to read long, dense articles?

How many guys who buy Playboy read the articles?

  • A lot of guys who buy Playboy like to say that they read the articles. Playboy even sells shirts with this phrase. "I Read the Articles." It's sort of a joke, but Playboy tries to write articles that sound good in and of themselves, making it at least 'possible' that some people really would only buy the magazine for it's articles. Well, a while back, Playboy offered a brail edition of their magazine for blind people, but after a few years, they discontinued it. So, in doing to, they short-changed the only people who REALLY DID just want to read the articles. LOL! This story is funny, but true.

I read most of the articles and look at ALL of the pictures, sometimes more than once!!!! Would "dilated" explain that phrase "I came across a few issues"?

No guy that "reads" playboy reads it for the articles... sure they might actually read the articles, but no one buys the magazine for the articles. Anyone that buys playboy buys it for the pictures, plain and simple... all these people that say they only read it for the articles are lying and re-enforcing the belief that looking at the human body in its most natural form is wrong. I own 3 playboys: Charisma Charpenter's cover, Christy Hemi's Cover, and Candace Michelle's cover. I can honestly say... I bought them for the nude celebrities, and aside from the jokes on the back of the centrefolds, I have not read a single word past the covers. To people that have ever said they read playboy just for the articles: You're all lying sacks of SH!T. You look at naked chicks. It doesn't make you a pervert, it makes you a human being.
