HOW DO YOU DO STAND UP SKIDS?

I ride fixed gear and i really need to learn stand up skids fast so i can take off my brake for bar spins i can bomb hills but i can only hop skid and i had many near death experiences so please help me learn the standup skid plz

Answer:
While riding standing up lean your whole body forward as much as you possible can. You won't fall over trust me. The key is to put as much weight on your front wheel as possible. Then lift your left up while pushing your right foot down and back as hard as you can (or do it with opposite feet eventually you will have to learn to do it both ways). Start trying to do it while going slow. It will just click eventually and you will be able to do it. Once you can do it once you'll be able to do it all the time. Make sure you are leaning forward and really pulling your toe up hard. You need toe clips with toe straps by the way.
