Can a blonde win a Nobel Prize?

• A man is driving down a country road, when he spots a farmer standing in the middle of a huge field of grass. Of course, the farmer is blond. He pulls the car over to the side of the road and notices that the farmer is just standing there, doing nothing and looking at nothing. The man gets out of the car, walks all the way out to the farmer and asks, "Ah, excuse me, mister, but what are you doing?" The farmer replies, "I'm trying to win a Nobel Prize." "How?" asks the man, puzzled. "Well, I heard they give the Nobel Prize to people who are out standing in their field!"

  For those that don't get it. You win the Nobel Prize for outstanding work in a specific field, like Science or Law. This farmer is trying to earn the Nobel prize by being out standing in his field..... Now, for comments to folks, my favorite part. Amethyst: Apparently your new to YA, as the system automatically adds a question mark to your topic. And the more time you spend here, you will notice that saying things like "where's the question?" is just lame and makes you look stupid. (and yes, in my early YA career, I said much the same thing, until I learned) dj b: Soooo, because you don't understand something, it's automatically lame? Your not 7 years old are you? Because that's something a child would claim. MarD.: Look in the dictionary. Blond is spelled either with or without the "e" at the end. It's still the same word.
