How to remove 81 Suzuki GS 450s ignition switch?

How to remove 81 Suzuki GS 450s ignition switch? Switch will not turn. Used switch is $35, but I really can't know where to start on removing this thing. Thanks for your help with this.

Answer:
It is a pain in the @$$ but it can be done if you have the tools and more importantly -the patience! I dont remember exactly what the front end of that model looks like but whatever is on the front of it will have to come off so you can get to all the screws. You will most likely have to take a drill and drill out the lock (easy) but after you get your headlight,harness,brackets,etc.,out of the way your mounting screws will be underneath the tumbler(ignition). It kinda sucks but I guess for security reasons thats a good thing. Hope this helps!
