Can I register a motocross bike as agricultural?

Can I register a motocross bike as an agricultural vehicle and ride it on a car license, i know it sounds stupid but hear me out. I have an agricultural business and have a farm quad reg'ed as ag, taxed as ag with no mileage limitations on insurance etc. a mate has a bike called an eco rider reg'ed the same as my quad and rides it on the road on a car license. So i was thinking whats stopping you from registering a motocross bike like that. Is it possible and can it be done?
