Why did you take up a computer-related course?

Do you have to take your CBT before taking the DAS course? If so, why?

  • It might seem stupid but i'm curious, wouldnt the DAS course cover the basics anyway since its achieving a fully qualified motorcycle license?

    Hi, Peter H is correct, CBT needs to be taken first, There is also two other needs that you must have to take DAS, 1) You must be 21 years old to take Direct Access. 2) You must have a Valid Motorcycle Theory Test Certificate. Now DAS will cost you between 400 - 600 pounds depending on your ability and your level of previous experience, I rode for 3 years every day before I did DAS so I found it easy, but I know if I had never rode before, it would have been really difficult, anyway good luck to you,

CBT stands for Compulsory Basic Training. Compulsory means you have to do it. It prepares you for the DAS, but it has to be done first.
