Does anyone know the customer support / care number or email of hero honda?

• I recently purchased a new splendor + one month back. From the day i purchased the vehicle towards left very little. I thought of get it done on first service. But the Authorised service center says they will do it on chargeable basis.I tried to visit their web page astonishingly there is no customer care / support related items in that. And there is south zone phone numbers . I tried contacting them for chennai all three numbers seems to be fake or old.nowadays customer care is not compulsory for the manufacturer. or else we got to abide by what the dealers say and do.Because the dealer challenges you do whatever you can , it will be done on chargeable basis. Definitely horrible such a big concern not caring for customers. And no way to get in touch with the company. They have page called query through which we put our complaint or suggestion but not working. Doesn't they have norms while selling their products, or else they can do whatever they want?

  The no was for all india is 1800-180-0016 this was disply on web site of HH and u dial from BSNL/MTNL landline it's toll free and sir for ur prob when ur delar was not solve or whatever u told ur delar ur bike was in waranty period if their is need to replace any part. The part u will claim through compeny and u will just pay the labour charge and afterthat the both compeny and delar not solve ur prob then i will advice u go to the conumer court for ur problem
