What is organic architecture?

Architecture - What does it come under?

• I am currently applying for my work experience for next year. I'm seeking a job in architecture, as I want to experience the professionalism of the career. However, I am confused on what the job may come under. The only option that I can associate with architecture is CONSTRUCTION. Apparantly engineering (?) also comes under architecture. There is also an "Other:" option. For any professionals out there, what would you put architecture under? Thanks =D

  architecture is like computer... it has many many fields attached to it, branching from it, and blended into it. some go as far as to make architecture a separate category, like we have engineering, medicine, etc. we should have "architecture" as well.... but it comes under engineering when you talk about the working of the building, it comes under art when you talk about the design of the building (inside outside), it comes under construction when you talk about erecting the building.... then we can drop buildings altogether and goto bridges and the likes, and it will still be architecture with the same branches ..... doing landscape design is a branch of architecture, doing layout of cities is architecture.... it depends which side you're inclined towards.. if ur more of an engineering person, then civil and structural engineering gets involved too... if ur more of an artistic person, then arts and design gets involved... sketching, concept creation, etc. sorry for talking too much.
