What is the name of this font?

  • http://www.hongsing.co.uk/images/font.jpg I am looking for this font for a long time. I want the font name, or maybe similar design of the font.

  • Answer:

Your font is called Flamenco. Specifically the URW++ version made in 1994 called Flamenco Standard (D). The original typeface was designed by British artist Tony Geddes in 1979 and called Flamenco™ Inline. The original one is apart of the ITC collection but it has a different look as it has an outline to it so this is just useless additional information for you. Here is a sample in URW++'s version of Flamenco Standard (D) so you can see its bang on: http://img2.pict.com/89/4e/60/3530449/0/flamencod.jpg Here is a link to the font: http://www.urwpp.de/cgi-bin1/dalcgi/source/schnellsuche.htd?searchchar=Flamenco If you need it for just personal work and your crafty with google you can find a free true type version of it but I didnt tell you that. Cheers.
