Hi!! how can i change the resolution in a digital image from pixels per inch to dots per inch?

i am entering a photo contest but i dont how to resize a picture tha measures 71 ppi to somwhere between 70 dpi to 300 dpi thanx for ur help :D

Ppi and dpi are the same thing. If they accept 70 dpi and your picture is 71, then you are fine. Good luck!

Goes to "NEW File" and you will see the different types of selections like dots per inches,pixel per inches,etc.very simple.
