Is Graphic Design a good A-Level for me to take?

Design project ideas? alevel!?

• i get to design anything for my alevel DT, i was thinking either a jewelry collection, a magazine, etc any other ideas?? :/ thanks!

  Both are sound ideas. To give them more 'A' level - type gravitas,you could design your collection of jewellery with a definite historical inspiration ( e,g. Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Tudor, Baroque, etc ). Look at the historical pieces on sale at stores like Past Times or go to Museums ( V & A, etc ) for ideas. If you opt for a magazine, give it a' vintage' look by studying archive material from the 1950s, 1960s, etc or from an earlier period like Edwardian, when magazines first became really popular, to guide you on style and typical content of the era
