Are there any good Photoshop and Illustrator tutorials?

I am mostly good at InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Adobe Premiere Pro...but I am really as good on Photoshop and Illustrator....Are there any tutorials on the web that can make me be better at Photoshop and Illustrator? (I really want to be better at these programs!) Please be nice! Thanks! :)
