How to turn picture into large printable poster?

Where can i go to turn a picture or online picture into a poster?

• i tried walgreens. half of the pictures are too big for this or too small for that. i dont want to do that one technique where you print out 12 pieces of paper and tape them together on my wall. that is such a waste of ink. plus i dont want it that big. i have a few screen shots and pics i want to blow up. so can you guys tell me where on earth i can do this? website? store?

  http://mpix.com/ mPix is the best place. My photographer boyfriend swear up and down by them. And they are alwasy having sales offering 20% off this and that! I order my sister's wedding pic via mPix and they turned out beautifully. They also have this metallic paper that turned out looking sooooo cool! Hope this helps!
