How to make my poster for school interesting and creative?

• I have a music project to do on musicals, mine being The Lion King! Does anyone know ways in which to make the poster more creative? By the way, my poster paper is an A2 piece of Light brown paper ( I though the brown would suit the Lion King) I also have all red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink and white colored paper. All help is appreciated :)

  It might be fun to make the poster out of the main characters in the musical. Make the animals as large as possible to fit around the paper you have. I'm not familiar with the paper sizing, but would recommend you use a tri fold poster board that is made especially for school projects and readily available at Walmart, craft shops like Michaels, or office supply stores like Staples/Business Depot. That might give you more room. Make your characters as colourful as possible and maybe have them holding a sign saying "Here's what I contributed to the musical" and then go on to write about the character development and their significance, any songs they sang and so on. Do this for each character. Any of the tri fold board showing through should be painted or coloured paper put in to make a mosaic. You could also have some of the lyrics of the key songs printed out and on your board. You might even want to make music notes out of black paper and place them randomly around the poster. Just for additional interest, get some dimensional paint, maybe in gold to put around the letters so that they really stand out. The main thing is to get your information on the board in a creative and colourful way. Hope this helps you out and you do well on your project.
