What should I major in: Digital Arts, Communication Arts, or Graphic Design?

Visual communication or studio art for game design?

  • I have started Year 12 in school and I have the subjects English, Media, IT Media, Studio Arts and Visual Communication. All of these are folio subjects and Year 11 too hard to keep everything up and still do good for me, I got below average marks for both Art and VC. I think I need to drop one if I hope to survive this year... When I get out of school I want to go to Uni to learn Game Design so I can become a game developer. I want to do stuff like Character Design, Gameplay Design, Story Concept/Writing and Art Directing. For that kind of stuff, which subject is better? Studio Art or Visual Communication? Again, I can't handle these many folio subjects and I need to drop one. Thank you.
