How to pursue graphic design and writing career?

Should I pursue a career in art? Do you think I have a knack for it?

I'm 16 and I haven't taken any art classes or anything but I sort of seem to have a natural knack for all things artistic, whether it be music, visual art, or writing... http://glarbinator.deviantart.com/ I was wondering if I should pursue a career in art (maybe graphic design, illustration, or photography?) and if you think I have any chance in it. I'm worried because I haven't taken any art classes and I'm afraid that my technique really bad since I haven't be taught.

    Any Nation or country that has enough respect to respect their cultural heritage, is a wonderful nation. I think Europe is a wonderful culture that has always respected there history, especially their art history. It's an integral part of everyday life, be it through school or environment.

You are a very good artist! :) However, you have to know artists do not bring home the "big bucks", and personally, I'd pursue it more as a hobby than an actualy career choice. But, if it's what you want, there's nothing there to stop you. But the road ahead is going to be VERY rough.
