  It's actually very easy. Art schools and colleges are always looking for new people. Like everyone answering the question is saying call the art departments at the colleges in your area. Ask to speak with the person that schedules models for the studio classes. usually they're called a model coordinator. When you speak with the coordinator be polite & positive telling them you no experience as a figure model but would like to model at the school. It's kind of late in the summer semester so they might tell you they have models scheduled for all their classes. That's ok because now you ask them to place your name and phone number on their model list so the next time they schedule models, they have your name. It also doesn't hurt to ask them to consider you for modeling if a scheduled model cancels out for some reason or another, it does happen. If they call you need to be ready to pose, when they call, realize though if you are unable to pose when they need you they'll probably not call back. It can take some time so have patience they will call at some point. It's really worthwhile to contact as many schools as possible as you look for work. Good luck and be ready for the call.
