Does anyone know of a talent agency that would take beginning actors?

Are there any talent agencies that represent special effects personel in CA?

  • On IMDB, I see on the full cast and crew page for The Avengers that one of the special effects technicians or coordinators for that anticipated film is David Boucher, or David E. Boucher. I found him on Whitepages, but his phone number isn't there. My guess is that many specific film and TV crew don't really reveal contact information to the general public, so instead, they represent a talent agency. However, talent agencies keep on representing actors, yet the 90% under the showbiz iceberg is below the line talent, or something like that. May anyone please give me a list of talent agencies that represent special effects personel? I know that one of them is The Effects Group, but are there more?
