If you fold paper can you unfold it and remove creases?
-
If you fold paper and then unfold it is there some trick to COMPLETELY remove creases? I mean so its like it was never even folded?
-
Answer:
Usually not - when you do a sharp fold you break some of the fibers at the fold and even though damping and ironing the unbroken fibers may recover the flatness, the line of broken ends remains visible.

It depends on the thickness of the paper, and if the fold was creased really hard. In most cases, it is almost impossible to COMPLETELY remove any sign of a fold. Ironing the paper on a hard surface will flatten they paper and greatly reduce the visibiliy of the fold. But in cases where the fold was creased hard, even ironing will not remove the fold from being able to be seen.
