How do you make digital pop art?

Pop art?How do you create a pop art picture(excluding computers!!!!!)And what actress do you think would make?

    Who you choose needs to epitomize the current pop climate. Brittany is one...for crappy reasons, Angelina Jolie for too many reasons to name, Oprah is big or even Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama...etc. Or you can choose an object as your pop icon, such as an ipod is a perfect example. Better yet paint Brittany listening to an ipod. Here is a site that shows you how to do it (on a computer)BUT just use the steps shown to help you through the process. http://www.melissaclifton.com/tutorial-popart.html Take a picture from a magazine or computer and enlarge to your desired size on plain white copier paper. Outline/trace it with a sharpie...just the parts you deem worthy. That will help you with your outline. You can impose this onto canvas with a small art projector (art-craft store $20+ish) by tracing the projection. FIll with various bright jewel tones or primary colors.

when you say pop art do you mean like warhol's marilyn munroe stuff? you could do that easily with screen printing, but unless you have access to screen printing facilities it's pretty hard. a simpler way would be to get your image, photocopy it black and white (high contrast) and glue it down onto card. then use a scalpel and cut out the black bits. then use it as a stencil with a roller. that usually works out quite well. britney could make an interesting one. with hair or without, that's the question... or maybe kate moss, she's the popular face of contemporary art apparently (although i think banksy may have done that already). princess di perhaps? she's turned into a bit of a commodity hasn't she? bit controversial though. ooh, lindsay lohan's a goody. i love how they call her "li-lo" in all those crappy mags. or people like jade goody, or jordan: famous for being famous. i could go on forever, but i'm sure i wouldn't begin to make sense ever. good luck!
